About Us

With a 30+ year track record of preventing displacement in San Francisco, TCDC’s primary goal is to provide access to safe, clean and affordable housing-rentals and homes to buy-for working families!
One important mission of the TCDC, is to increase the number of Black/African Americans who own their own home. It shall use a plethora of diverse marketing and outreach strategies, both new media and traditional to reach its goals and objectives!

Tabernacle Vista Apartments
Tabernacle Vista Apartments opened in 2011, featuring 21 fully affordable housing units located at 2139 O’Farrell Street at Divisadero in San Francisco.
