Welcome to Tabernacle Community Development Corporation
The Tabernacle Community Development Corporation (TCDC) has been working for years to enhance the health, stability and diversity of the San Francisco’s neighborhoods. The Tabernacle Community Development Corporation (TCDC) is a non profit affordable housing development company founded by 5 of San Francisco’s most prominent African American ministers who serve on the Board of Directors. Incorporated in 2001 and located in Bayview Hunters Point, the TCDC’s primary goal is to provide access to safe, clean and reasonably priced housing-rentals and homes to buy-for working families.
As a faith based organization, the TCDC’s divine goal is to close at least 3 projects per year for the next few years and to increase participation of local ministers in the Tabernacle Community Development Corporation. Its long term goals include providing consultations and workshops assisting other ministers- locally, statewide, and nationally-with their real estate development agendas and affordable housing goals.Read More
